We have been advising Herth+Buss on all aspects of information security since 2008. In 2021, an information security management system was introduced in accordance with DIN/ISO 27001:2017. Christian Gresser has been appointed external information security officer to manage ISO 27001 certification and oversee information security management. He has been active in this role for Herth+Buss ever since.

The ability to deliver and therefore the availability and information security of IT systems play an extremely important role in logistics and especially in contract logistics. Andreas Schmid Logistik AG therefore decided to introduce an information security management system in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard at the beginning of 2023. Christian Gresser was appointed as the external information security officer to oversee and manage the ISMS. NESEC also conducts awareness seminars for all employees.

ZM-I Group is an independent engineering expert organized as a partnership for demanding construction projects. ZM-I combines consulting, planning, testing and assessment in the field of civil engineering with digital expertise. Sustainability in the construction industry in particular requires integral and collaborative planning with common goals. The definition of these goals begins as early as the project development and needs assessment stage. Together with all planning partners, ZM-I develops concepts and strategies to implement the requirements for sustainable and environmentally friendly construction. At the same time, the refurbishment and thus the preservation of buildings is associated with significantly lower resource and energy consumption than demolition and new construction. The assessment of existing buildings is a challenging task. It requires in-depth knowledge of the materials used at the time, construction methods and possible weak points in the structure.

ZM-I depends on reliable and secure information technology in all of these areas. As a first step, ZM-I has therefore decided to introduce an information security management system in accordance with VdS 10000, which is supervised by Christian Gresser as external information security officer. If required and requested, this ISMS can be expanded to an ISO 27001 ISMS at any time.
